The first night, Friday, July 11, will be dedicated to Hard Techno, featuring breathtaking artists. On Saturday, July 12, we dive back into the world of Psytrance, welcoming once again the Hadra label! Discover and Taste Wild Herbs with All Five Senses! Two magical hours immersed in nature, awakening all your senses! I will guide you through the discovery of wild and edible plants growing on our hillsides. With over 60 plants identified, you’ll receive a botanical guidebook — available in digital or handwritten form — detailing the characteristics, properties, and uses of each plant. The visit ends with a tasting of wild plants, floral waters, and natural wines. Commonly referred to as a "casserie," this facility is dedicated to the extraction of hazelnuts, where the shell is separated from the nut to recover the inside before it is sent to chocolateries. The estate was acquired in 2015 by a renowned French chocolatier. Founded in 1871, the SCHAAL house is a historic reference in the production of French chocolate. In 1967, the BURRUS family, chocolatiers since 1912, took over this artisanal factory, continuing the tradition while expanding its horizons. Over time, the house has become a benchmark brand, committed to values of authenticity, taste exploration, and generosity (cultivation of cocoa, coffee, tea, orchards, etc.). It became evident for us to develop the cultivation of hazelnuts and almonds in Lot-et-Garonne, ensuring the production of exceptional fruits. We also maintain several vineyard plots for the “Côte de Duras” appellation, known for its characterful wines. Today, with 400 hectares of hazelnut orchards, we have designed our shop to showcase hazelnuts in all their forms through our chocolates and a wide range of products (pâtés, beer, oil, flour, etc.), crafted in collaboration with local artisans. - AOP Côtes de Duras Red Wine - Vintage 2023 – Cabernet Sauvignon – 6 months in oak barrels - This wine presents an intense garnet color with remarkable depth. The nose offers an impressive aromatic complexity, revealing notes of black olive, hazelnut, prune, licorice, and hints of blackberry and blackcurrant jam. On the palate, it is long, full-bodied, and well-structured, with a delightfully rich finish. - Serving suggestions: Perfectly pairs with red meats, hearty sauces, and cheeses. It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif by wine lovers seeking a bold wine with a lasting aromatic presence.

Dry white wine, very fruity and aromatic, with aromas of white-fleshed fruits. On the palate, it offers plenty of freshness, with a basket of vineyard peaches and pears. The finish is long and smooth.

Exceptional micro-cuvée, a barrel selection crafted using the Burgundian method, both delicate and powerful. Buttery finish, like velvet on the palate.

AOP Côtes de Duras Red Wine Vintage 2021 – Cabernet Sauvignon – 18 months in oak barrels Tasting Notes: This wine displays an intense garnet color. The nose reveals ripe black fruits, supported by spicy and floral notes. Aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and prune unfold, followed by a touch of mint and licorice, adding complexity. Finally, a hint of violet emerges. On the palate, the silky tannins offer a soft, smooth attack, leading to a full-bodied, mouthwatering experience. The finish is vibrant and long, making this a wine of character. Serving Suggestion: Perfect for those who appreciate both traditional and creative cuisine.
