Discover and Taste Wild Herbs with All Five Senses! Two magical hours immersed in nature, awakening all your senses! I will guide you through the discovery of wild and edible plants growing on our hillsides. With over 60 plants identified, you’ll receive a botanical guidebook — available in digital or handwritten form — detailing the characteristics, properties, and uses of each plant. The visit ends with a tasting of wild plants, floral waters, and natural wines. It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif by wine lovers seeking a bold wine with a lasting aromatic presence.

AOP Côtes de Duras Red Wine Vintage 2021 – Cabernet Sauvignon – 18 months in oak barrels Tasting Notes: This wine displays an intense garnet color. The nose reveals ripe black fruits, supported by spicy and floral notes. Aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and prune unfold, followed by a touch of mint and licorice, adding complexity. Finally, a hint of violet emerges. On the palate, the silky tannins offer a soft, smooth attack, leading to a full-bodied, mouthwatering experience.
